We try to maintain 3 small gardens each year. What is not consumed by us is put out in our produce stand or fed to our livestock.

We have had good luck in several varieties of peppers.

We grow yellow squash and zucchini each year and hope to add a fall variety soon.

We mostly grow varieties of large and cherry tomatoes.

One of our favorite vegetables!

We grow silver queen corn every year.
